DrJeffChapa bio pic

Jeffrey Chapa, MD

National Medical Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Dr. Jeffrey Chapa is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, maternal-fetal medicine specialist, and medical geneticist with more than two decades of experience in high-risk pregnancy care. He earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed his OB/GYN residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland and Case Western Reserve University, followed by fellowships in maternal-fetal medicine and medical genetics at the University of Chicago.

Dr. Chapa served as Section Head for Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic from 2007–2020 and as Division Chair for Obstetrics & Gynecology at Cleveland Clinic Florida from 2023–2025. His areas of expertise include prenatal diagnosis, fetal ultrasound, and the management of complex pregnancies.

Senior Vice President of Telehealth Services

With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare operations, Rebecca has led large-scale projects and championed initiatives that improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. A passionate leader in women’s health, she is dedicated to advancing equity, access, and innovation.

At Obtelecare, Rebecca oversees the growth and strategy of teleMFM services nationwide, helping hospitals implement innovative solutions that expand access to high-quality maternal-fetal medicine. Her experience spans healthcare operations, strategic planning, and integrating technology into clinical workflows to improve both patient and provider experiences. Rebecca holds a Master’s in Global Business Management from the University of Alabama and is deeply committed to advancing innovation, access, and sustainability in women’s health.
